Fourerr vs Fiverr

Yes, I know … there is no comparison between these two sites … Fiverr is larger, more highly rated and more successful than Fourerr which has just appeared.

However, it might be better to reconsider a bit your first impression.
After all this time on the Internet, I just don’t believe in first impressions. So many fiverr clones, the same idea, the same behavior… so finally when something new and interesting appear thet is  so simple to promote and talk about.

In my opinion Fourerr will have big success. No, it is not about simple mathematics – one dollar less (even for some people counts) but it is about Fourerr’s owner.  As you know I’m  used to promoting people, blogs and business, and especially micro jobs sites.

Well, from time to time, I really feel like one specific business or site owner deserve more than 100% of my attention, and his or her enthusiasm and desire to be  successful make me try to over deliver.

And today this example is Fourerr.

But this is only my personal opinion so let’s see what really inspired me to write the title of this post.

Firstly the implication of words (name and domain sites) is very close –  both are very easy to remember and express exactly what it is the sites have to offer.  This is very important, check my list and you’ll see so many micro jobs sites but few simple so easy to remember. So in my opinion this is about branding and yes a good brand must be simple and easy to remember.

The only difference in the message is  simple fact and that is – why pay more money for jobs at fiverr when you can pay 20% less for the SAME EXACT jobs.

Then both use fiverr script, even though fiverr mastered his platform, stil fourerr uses one of the best platform out there – easy to register and handle orders, to buy, sell and make money online.

Their own development.

Fiverr became an exponent and a model, sometimes it seems like a lot of micro jobs sites try to follow this model and  embraces the spirit of American entrepreneurship but they forget this spirit is about  more vision, originality, creativity and style too.

Too many people out there think about profit and profit only. And they try to follow the same way, to walk on the big road like everybody else and forget to find new ways for development – new big roads like fiverr found one year ago.

I think fourerr’s owner is a good example of an simple entrepreneur who uses imagination and creativity for betterment of future development.

There are plenty of other new ideas that will make fourerr one of the most hunted micro jobs sites out there but maybe I will leave that to  a future article.

The conclusion is simple: one site versus another site when we talk about fiverr and fourerr is to keep and expand on fiverr means is good innovation and at the same time to create your own brand name using creativity, vision and originality.

And this has begun in a simple way with the owner of the site. That’s why I made a video with my general impression about this owner and his fourerr.com

my alexa rating today is 967,000 – not bad for week #2 ?

we will be past 600,000 next week )

my cousin and i are putting in 15 hrs/day into fourerr

i have alot of new sellers coming over to me – 1 seller today came over and posted 20 gigs in all different categories

we have really nice feedback because people realize we have same gigs but for 20% cheaper than fiverr so why would people pay 20% more at fiverr? they would not, they will come to us when they know we are around

i think we also have a very special name – “fourerr” because our name IMPLIES $4 gigs just like “fiverr” IMPLIES $5 gigs don’t you think?
