Well, my friend, it is simple. First of all
I trust Alexa rank. Then I know google rank seems to be easy to trick that’s mean I know a lot of ”toys”  automatic made for adsense in few weeks with high google rank and no alexa rank.

Let me show you some samples. They email me and ask for link exchange. What??? A site with rank 5 ask (beg) for an exchange link with a site with 0 rank in google??? Too good to be true…so I take a closer look and find it cheap.

I have more than 30 offers all looks like is xerox made hahaha.

So, yes I prefer to feel google when I will deserve to rank in google and I estimate alexa like a good indicator of my site progress. The problem with alexa is not if you have good alexa rank but if you are able to sustain this rank to not go like a yo-yo toy – up and down …

And sometimes this is very hard to do as does not depend every time 100% on you. In John McNally post you’ll understand better the Alexa Long Tail effect.

So back to what we use. Because alexa it is not enough, for my better understanding I use this site

Well my friend, for me this tools represent enough data to judge a site. Those tools gave me a basic image about the site, his history, his owner and a lot more. Of course I’m just a student and every time have founded a lot of new tools interesting for me or my partners but it is too much to learn to be a specialist on everything.

And if you are a fiverr clone owner you’ll be on this top if your alexa rank is at least 500k.

I presume sooner or later this condition will go to 100K (alexa long tail point) so here and now it is your opportunity to really accelerate your improvements and ranking.
